Anyone know where the temp sensor is?

Simple question, I am looking for the temp sensor. Ususally by the thermostat? Anyone know?

do you mean the one thats plugged into your stock airbox? if it is then its on the right hand sand right next to the throttle body.

no I am talking about the one that measures temperature for the engine coolant...like the one for the temp. gauge in the car.

For the EX the temp sensor is on the flow passage to the water pump. That would be item 17 on the drawing shown in the following link.

System Name\Component : WATER PUMP-SENSOR

If you don't have an EX, just go to the Majestic Honda parts page and fill in the year and model and then choose the water pump/sensor from the menu.

Majestic Honda Parts - select model and year.
