it wont affect my car in any way will it?

the plastic bumper on our cars arent for protection, it is just for cosmetics, the real "bumper" is behind the nice looking one

i cut out the side vents to let air flow to my cai on the lower right hand side of the car. i didnt cut the rest of it out, its almost like it was made for it to be cut out, there were already some grooves cut, like its half way started!!! its not hard at all.

it was made to be cut out.....thats where they install the OEM foglights

Yes the fog light area was meant to be cut out but not the entire piece.

it is not gonna make an obvious difference, no!
but yes it is there for extra support for the bumper, for example if you take out that grille, your bumper will become more flimsy then it already is...i am removing mine on monday, because i am putting a grille

I actually made a mistake and cut the whole thing out. I should not have cut the part closest to the center of the car and made it hinged instead. I had it ghetto rigged to hinge there in the pic, but it has since fallen out. I've got to reattach it somehow.
