Installing neons in car! NEED HELP!

Ok guys, I just bought a switch to put my neons on today. The switch has the options for GROUND, LOAD and POWER. Can someone please just give me the kist of what is connected to what on the switch? For some reason, I wasn't getting anything when I tried hooking it up. I know I was blowing fuses also, because I have a 30w fuse and hooked to that I have LED Washer lights and two neons. Should I have a seperate fuse box for each neon light and the led washer lights? I didn't think I would need like 3 fuse boxes hanging near the battery?! Oh and by the way, the switch is 12v / 30a. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Just one more note, I had this stuff all hooked up to one switch before and it was working, but I would have to keep changing the fuses every now and then, plus I didn't like the way the switch looked and so I went and bought a different one from Radio Shack and now when I try hooking it all up, it doesn't work at all, plus the switch has the option of hooking three things ( GROUND, LOAD and POWER ), whereas the other switch only had two options. Any help is greatly appreciated. THANKS!

IDQcivic should not be trusted
Theres NO WAY your neons are gunna draw 30 amps, you are doing something wrong. I have a neon in each door and a neon around each sub for a total of 4 neons, I just got power from the wires behind my cigarette lighter and then found a switch that had 2 wires. Hooked it all up and never had a problem since.

boy eight replies and not one answer, no wonder everyone bltches about the forums. its turned into a warzone instead of a place to get answers. dont you think one flame is enough or all of you being post ****** just to get your post count up?

you new switch has three connections because it is a lighted switch. you need to connect the ground on the switch and the ground on the light to a good chassis ground. then you connect a fused +12 Volt line to the power connector, then the + line of the light goes to the load connection on the switch
