Wiring HELP?! Should be simple question...

OK... I posted this question on ICE and a day or so ago in Tech Stuff....

Anyway, I wired up my alarm, and now need to wire in the parking lights. One wire.

However, I was told that the wire ir red/black by alarm company, and red/yellow by the DIY. Both say this wire is by the fuse box.

There are like 2 or 3 diffferent wiring harnesses by the fuse box; one goes behind it, and the others go into it.
The one behind it is attached with a yellow tie. Is this where I should be looking? Didn't see any combo red wires there...

HELP!!!

Thanks Eric... I'll give it a go tomorrow and let you know how it works... Sorry if the question was dumb, but electrical is not my forte.
