Condensation in Cleared Headlights

Hey all. I recently (yesterday) cleared my headlights, and this morning after it got warmer outside, condensation built up inside both of them. It seems to come and go in terms of severity, not sure why.

Any else experience this, and have an idea on how to do it? I did a pretty good job with the sealant, so my guess is that this has something to do with the fact that i was very humid yesterday when I did this, and I may have trapped some humid air in there, which is reacting to varying temp outside.

FYI to anyone that needs help with this in the future:
I took out the main bulb, and used a blow dryer for about 1.5hrs on each, medium heat. Eventually dried it up, it's been one day and no re-fog.
