Because of the suspension geometry in our cars, anything lower than 1" will require a camber-correction kit...you may not see it but your tires will wear uneven and/or faster.

i lowered mine 2 inches with no camber kit. the camber is off 1 or 2 degrees but my tires havn't been affected yet(20,000 miles) and you wont damage your axles but your wheels bearings do take a beating if you get low profile tires.

I would just save up for everything, the shocks, the springs or coilovers, the camber kit, etc.

the place where I got my car lowered said that I wouldn't need a front camber kit because of our suspension int he front, so ya, i didn't have one with the gold line springs, and my alignment and camber was fine

The front the ajustment is easy... just need camber bolts ( like $50)... but In the back it's a different thing.

Im with CivicPimp on this one i would rather be on the safe side of everything and save up for the camber kit, springs, shocks and struts and the alignment...its costly but itll save you in the long run if your gonna do it do it right the first time leav e no room for a second

How much does a camber kit usually go for? You have to buy one for front and then rear...so how much should i expect to pay? I'm just wondering. I'm only dropping my car 1" all around though.

Cheers,
the BALLER

Also...should i invest in koni's?
