stainless vs. ceramic

hey guys i was wondering if there is any difference in performance between a ceramic header vs. a stainless one. any help would be appreciated. also which would be best, i was thinking about a dc one, anyone have any other suggestions?

DC's are great, I don't think that there is a performace difference but the stainless last longer and can stand higher RPM's while the ceramic are cheeper.

from what I've heard the DC's are a real quality header, I recommend them have only heard good things

i got ceramic; no hp differnce between the both but the stainless wont rust and the ceramic will over a long period of time; stainless does look better and is safer around salty areas cause salt will eat the ceramic up. i live in tha dirty south; no probs there

The only thing about stainless steel is that it will turn a bluish color from the heat that ceramic ones wont

the stainless are smoother on the inside but the color it turns in to
after you break it in sux, but i think its better on performance wise
but i would get ceramic...Team Turismo

Correction on stainless,

It is a carbon based metal and will rust over time........it just has a "VERY" high corrosive resistant properties......personally I'd buy ceramic...Peace!
