I hear this argument all the time for all sorts of cars and don’t know what to think. Do you need to reprogram your onboard computer chip in order for the intake and cat-back system to utilized its full potential.
Some people say no you don’t the parts will handle them selves, some say its a must. What do you guy have to say.
If you DO need it reprogrammed, how the heck do you do it. ...........

not to be rude since your all new and all kill, but if you did a search in the fourms. . you can see that this has been posted many times. . . IMO, i think you should reset it if you don't want a lot of shaking on your car. . .but you'll only notice it when you first start the car and when it's on idle. . .how you do it, you just disconnect your car battery for about 10 min or so. . . after 10 min or so, connect the batteries back on then turn your car back on. . .let it idle for about another 10 min or 15 min. . .DON'T REV OR PUSH THE GAS. . .let the air come in and out of your car to set the ECU
To really take advantage of the gains provided by your mods, you should really consider investing in a chip upgrade...check out Jet Performance Products' computer upgrade package
