Rep Power: 0 Fuel return line
My father and I are in the process of modifying the returnless system to make it a return system, so far it has started by taking an aftermarket fuel rail and cutting off the one end, welding a fixture on, and using a stainless steel line back to the fuel tank, we had no problem doing this on our boat motor, but it is a 502 big block, so there are some drastic differences, if all goes well I will have him describe the process in detail, and post some pics

Rep Power: 0 LOL. I have been obsessing over this topic. It's all I think about, how the hell can I make this thing a circuit system? I was goning to start a thread on it, post my idea, and see if any of the techies could give some tips, input, etc. about it.

Rep Power: 0 Um, I wouldn't do that, your ECM works on a CONSTANT PRESSURE for fuel enrichment, not vacum regulated, which would be where the fuel return comes in to play. So unless you plan on swapping your ecu, doing a lot of wiring and a bunch of other crap, I wouldn't do it. Altough I did do some research and it is a feasable idea (cost factor) you need everything from a 6th gen d16 motor. They did that with the turbo Toyota Matrix, they swapped everything to the "old system" and added a turbo.

Rep Power: 0 i believe the major reason there are no turbos is because of the returnless fuel system, so i guess the reasoning is, make a retun fuel system, get a turbo

Rep Power: 0 Also able to boost fuel pressure once done, to help get every last bit of power out of mods. This mainly for people that want to heavily mod their car (performance mods, not body kits *ricers*

Rep Power: 0 the returnless fuel system is the reason why it is so hard to make a forced induction kit (turbo or super) which is why HKS is only able to run 3-4 psi when you would be able to run in double digits.

Rep Power: 0 VNlilMan, the only thing civic about stephen papadakis car is the outer shell. that is it. everything under the body is nothing close to a civic, not even the frame.

Rep Power: 0 Even the body isn't really an 01. Its a carbon fiber shell, with extensive contouring in a wind tunnel, not to mention its wider. Nothing similiar except that its paint job helps it rresemble an 01 civic.

The only thing original on the car that he has is the honda emblem, it is basically a fiberglass civic body on a dragster frame

It is not RWD, it is a transversly mounted FWD, its to get more weight on the tires. I think he ran a 8.4 @ 174 mph.
