Help!!! xenon body kit install...

hey ppl, i'm going to pre-drill my xenon kit and i was wondering if there are other holes to drill other than the ones marked on the kit? like the instructions say to drill where they got these dimples, but is there other holes that i have to drill other than those dimple things? does the xenon front bumper mount like the oem, with mounting holes at the bottom? i'm not a newb, i just don't have the time right now to tear my front bumper off and see if the xenon bumper mounts the same or not. any help from non flamers?

well i just got the kit earlier today in the mail, so i fig that i better drill all the wholes incluing the ones i need for my fog lites and alls before i get it painted. so i need to take all the wheels off to put the kit on? can't i just remove what ever wheels are adjacent to the piece that i'm installing? i don't want to put my car on jackstands without any wheels...kinda skary...
