Civic engine idling up and down...help?

Civic engine idling up and down...help?
I have a 95 Civic (I think it's a 1.5 Liter single overhead cam).
When the a/c is on, the engine idles up and down and the a/c blows hot. It doesn't happen all the time...someone suggested it might be a sensor, but i don't know the exact name of the sensor.
I suspect that it's one of the two sensors on the throttle body. Can anybody tell me the exact name of the sensor, if this is the problem?
