siezed head need advice
I just bought a 97 lx with 1.6 dy16 motor thought timing belt was broke when I bought it. Anyway cam gear sheared key and just spins. pulled dizzy and tried to spin cam siezed tight! Anyone got any idea's what may have caused it and should I continue on and pull head? Should I just find another head and bolt it on if pistons are ok?

yea, it looks like someone prior to me overheated this puppy and siezed the cam tight 
Do you know what year heads fit a 97 lx with sohc 1.6 dy16 motor without changing any stock parts? Anybody got a good stock head that is complete and ready to bolt on near Philadelphia PA??
