adjusting ac belt tension adjustment seized need help
97 civic. bolt came out just fine after come coaxing, but i cant move the pulley wheel to adjust tension and replace the a/c belt. Any tips to get it to move? I don't want to start hammering on in until last resort. I'm a little worried about damaging the pulley wheel itself if i put a punch on it and hammer away to get it to shift down. Its been soaked in pb blaster with no success.
