I just got this 97 Civic HX and the a/c blows ice cold, however, after driving for a little while with it on and then coming to a stop, it cycles repeatedly with no pause in between. And when I'm driving I can feel it cycling way more than it should. Also, it is making a LOT of condensation from under the car. I put the gauges on it and the low side is reading at between 25-30 at idle. I cant remember exactly what the high side was, but it was something like 150-200. My questions to yall are, 1. do you think its low on freon, and 2. what should the gauges be reading with an ambient temp of 65-70 degrees.
