Idling Problem! Help! ?

Idling Problem! Help! ? well. when i start my honda civic 1996 ej9 it idles completely fine, but when it eventually warms up it starts to aggressively idle! the needle constantly goes up and down. when driving theres no problem, drives sweet. taken to several garages but cannot diagnose problem. any suggestions would be very much appreciated in identifing my cars problem. thnx

have you checked the vacuum when it is warm? a vacuum leak or bad pcv valve would cause surges in idle. it also sounds like the symptoms of a bad iacv but it seems like it woulda tripped the engine light if that was the case.
