Sideskirt hardware kit
Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone of you knows where to find a sideskirt hardware kit for 2003 civic coupe ex. I just bought the oem skirts which didnt come with the hardware.I live in Canada and ive asked the dealer but they said that it has been discontinued. Ive checked the wrecker but no luck. So if u have an idea or other method of puttting it up please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Sideskirt hardware kit
sorry but I don't think you have much of a choice. I was in your same situation for awhile.
Dealers wouldn't part out the hardware kit from the side skirts so I couldn't get it from the dealer without buying the side skirts.
I remember that somebody on this forum went to the hardware store and made their own hardware kit out of aluminum sheets.
For myself, I just got some 3m tape and taped it to my side skirts where the tabs are. These tabs are the tabs that are suppose to slide into the metal slides if you had it. I also used the screws to hold the front part in place. I have had no problems with it so far and its been over two years now. It has held up nicely. If you go this route make sure you clean and buff the sides of the car first. Also try to do it in warm weather.

yea most people have that problem when purchasing oem side skirts that are used. I have no idea why the sellers dont sell the hardware along with the skirts. But some self tap in screws and the 5lb 3m tape will do the trick garunteed! that tape is no joke trust me.
