Honda Civic 2001 EX Manual Transmission.

I have this weired thump noise coming from the front. It seems like someone hits the car with a rubber mallet nearby my feet when i am switc gears (1st to second) and press gas or speeding up on the 1st gear. Noise is not necessarily there when i start and initially moving.

This noise was not there until Sears replaced the both front Struts & Mounts, Both lower control arms and the Front Engine Mount (This part is from Honda as the sears part was too soft and making noise).

Took it back 4 times and now Sears is saying it is my cluth throw out bearing that is making the noise. I am very skeptical that the cluth would be making that noise.

Any suggestion?
