Re: paint?
I didnt know you had to put hardener in the paint... if you head to an auto body supply shop, they can mix up a batch of the paint that you'll need in aresol cans, buckets, brush ons... whatevers. Paint code is in the door jam!

Re: paint?
depending on the color and type of paint, it all mixes different. when you get the paint, it will have a formula. spray some test panels first to make sure it matches. it took 7 test panels and 5 trips to the supply shop to match my white. the formula it came with was way off.

Re: paint?
you dont mix it til you get ready to spray. you have to keep mixing it and spraying test panels until you get the color right unless you want your **** to not match or you want to fade the new paint half way up the body and try to blend it in. dont take this personally, but if youre planning on doing this yourself, i wouldnt if i were you. sounds like you need some educating and some practice.

Re: paint?
There's a good company called TCPglobal that runs a website called www.autocolorlibrary.com They have good customer service where you can call the number at the bottom of the page and ask them about mix ratios and types of catalysts. Give them a ring.
