What parts from 2000 EL fits?

Anything I can use? My friend got hold of a 2000 acura el that is 100% intract (just a scuff on the rear bumper) and will sell anything off it to me for reallly cheap. Wondering what I can use?

selling parts of a running car? take the car and resell it, or take the injectors and rail, throttle body, fuel pump, steering wheel if it looks well, etc. but not for your car, to sell and have some $$$ in the pocket.
