Removing axle back from midpipe HELP
Removing axle back from midpipe HELP
I was wanting to install my new axle back.
went to remove the OEM stock axleback so I took off those two spring loaded bolts from the axleback to midpipe. then I tried to pull the muffler apart from the midpipe.
ITS STUCK.
I need tips of how to get this off with out damaging anything
I've already tried prying with a large screw driver. Tapping with a hammer. what else have I missed?

spray some PB-Blaster on it, and then tap with a soft faced hammer around the joint. Or if that doesn't work, disconnect the muffler hangers and try twisting the muffler with your hands. That's just my .02 cents though.
