2004 honda civic ex 5 speed is to slow, help!
Hey I want to make my 2004 honda civic ex 5 speed in to a 14 sec car with out useing a turbo or supercharger.
i just got this car and this is the frist import i have ever owned. up to this point i been a huge camaro fan, but thanks to my friend my camaro is in the junk yard.

well, your not really left with many options once you take out forced induction. bolt ons are a waste of money becuase you won't gain any reasonable numbers at all. You chose the wrong car if you wanted to make it quick without any forced induction.
There's not much you can do to make a car designed for economy fast. I'm not saying it can't be done, it's just not cost-effective. You're better off just going with suspension, etc. and making it into an even more fun car to drive.

without forced induction, making a civic a 14 second car with a D series engine.... would be bolt on's, tune, engine build up, full strip the interior.... that could do it. But by that time, effort, and $, it's not worth it.
