i think i found the same thing, i have no clue what it goes too, but i think i threw it away, bc it had just been sitting in the floorboard for so long since no one ever gets in the back seat.

on the rail.... look at the seat from the back... on each rail there should be a plastic piece... thats where tat goes... that way if you or someone is back there with sandles on it won' fuq up your toes...

But what your talking about sounds like the plastic cover of the rail, i am tlaking about a little piece that is much smaller than the "diameter" of the rail

I know exactly the piece your talking about. I found it on my rear fllor mat with a niece grease stain now in my floor mat because of it. It covers the right end of the seat rail. Basically does nothing but cover a screw in the rail you dont have to put it back on if you dont want to. I thought i was the only one that this happened too!! Im pissed about the grease though.

Can u describe exactly where it goes?, is the rail the black thing on the bottom in which the seat rolls on? if so, which right end? which seat?
