you mean the keyless entry remote? I have the book somewhere but I have to find it and connect my scanner so if I do it will be a day or 2 till something gets posted here.

someone wrote a DIY on doing that but you need a trunk release mechanism (obviously) to do it.

i tried and it didnt work ..... maybe cuz the remote is from a older model..

its not a civic remote so it wont work. You also obviously need the keyless entry reciever installed too, but once again it probably wont work for a civic.

the remote its from a civic only older model 96-99

I don't think a the 6th gen had a keyless remote "trunk" option.
please correct me if I'm wrong, because then my plan to use an accord trunk popper and re-do my entire locking system to have a keyless trunk opener is shot.

Did the 6th gen really have a trunk opener?

No but accords did, and I was refering to people who modded an accord remote for their civic.
