i realize everyone wants things and plans to do things but honestly it sounds to me like you would be in way over your head. you would want the turbo cam with boost. and then port work is not as important. you dont need as much velocity you need more volume because the air is pressurized. there are other people that have had success using the ems with boosted applications with the crower turbo cam. if you plan to go that route do yourself a favor and read "maximum boost" by corky bell it will teach you alot about the subject. having a n/a car and building a motor and boosting that motor takes some maintence and youll want to know whats wrong and when and most importantly how to fix it. to me it sounds as though you might have trouble in that department. so you may want to do some extensive research before actually following through!! you would have to look into your state emission laws to see if you can do what you want and still pass.
