Ground Contorls make noise

I have had ground control coilovers on my car for just under a month know and i have this noise coming from the back of my car, it sounds like the little rubber thing that sits between the spring on the coilovers and the strut might be rubing. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how i might be able too fix it.

Thanks,

it is the the bushings. On a normal suspension, you would have rubber bushings. With the gc's, you are supplied with urethane bushings. Urethane greatly reduces the amount of deflection that rubber bushings allow under performance driving conditions. This reduction in unwanted suspension movement lets the parts that are designed to move (e.g. shocks, springs) work more purely.
The only drawback is that they may have to be lubricated. You want to use a high quality grease thats gonna resist water and wear. Just grease it up a time or two around the bushing and you'll be good to hook.

Yeah hes right the bushings just need some grease, It should of came with grease in the pack. I ran into that problem when i had my 99 hatch. i put a progress sway bar on and forgot to grease it and it did the same thing.

like i said, just give them a call and explain the situation. its free and you'll have it in like 3 or 4 days. i couldn't find the grease that i wanted but i just bought some high quality crappo(oxymoron) grease from pepboys. did the trick but its alot messier.
