i live in jersey so the snow is a bitch so i'm thinkin of gettin thicker sidewalls so i'm goin 205/45 instead of 205/40, comments??? i'm also wondering if it would matter if i got an all season tire or not considering our cars are front wheel drive???

Rep Power: 0 I went with 205/55-16 vs 205/50-16 for the thicker sidewalls also. I think it rides a little better with the thicker sidewall. You should be able to find some all-season performance tires that will have good traction in the weather, yet have the performance on dry roads. I went with Yokohama AVS db's and really like them.

Rep Power: 0 ok roy........... i got 215/45's an i live in ur area so i think you can go with lowprofile if your only gonna roll around jersey.
Plus you dun roll on rims in the snow or winter......... put stocks on before it snows and take it off when it goes away.
