Cutting sheet metal?

Cutting sheet metal?
My car was broken into about a month ago. I bought all the replacement parts and put everything back in. The only problem I came across was that when the thives stole my headunit, they bent the metal bar that connects the dash. I need to cut the braket to my radio inorder to fit the center concil back into the dash. So, I was wondering what I could use to cut it.

Rep Power: 0 Metal Shear snips should work just fine....that metal is probably small enough gauge to be easily cut with metal snips....if you can manuver in there?.....
