Lowering the fuse box?

I tried searching this but came up empty handed.

I'm trying to install my OEM fog lights and its extremely hard to get to the fuse box, and I saw in another thread that someone had it almost touching the pedals. So I was wondering how you get it to slide down because I tried unscrewing the 1 screw that I can see but something is still holding it up there.

Thanks.

I found this pic from another thread.

It would be easier if the fuse box would be this low for me.

that looks like one hell of a safety hazard. If I had something like that, that close top the pedals, I would end up kicking the **** out of it, fuking up wires, shorting out stuff, etc...

The manual said to remove connectors from front of box, remove bolt and lower fuse box from bracket. Of course you would need to take loose battery - lead first.

i think that picture is of a fuse box that has been lowered down to change fuses/connect stuff. no one is gonna drive around like that.

if your trying to do what i see in that pic. then thats just stupid, there is no reason for the fuse box to be that low.
