Help w/ converting to EX Exhaust

So Im finally doing it on my VP, I have DC header, EX downpipe+cat, and Apex WS2 exhaust. I'll have no problem hooking it up, I just need clear answers about how to deal with the 02 sensors. One in the header, and one in the cat, correct? Can anyone clearly tell me how to finish up the conversion?
