window/door issues

window/door issues
i was sanding my car because i was going to paint it and i wasnt paying attention and i sanded the black part of the door at the top, i think its tape but im not sure, its part of the door it cant be popped out like the rubber parts and i was wondering can it be changed? if not what can i do to take away scratches from the tape?
