most grounding points on a civic is pretty easily found due to the open spaces everywhere, but you can easily make your own as well for cheap if you buy a roll of the right gauge wiring and connectors... most online performance stores carry "grounding kits" thats what you should search for..
(ebay has a bunch as well)

a grounding kit wont improve noticeable performance, but maybe just keep a few lights from dimming and improve very little mpg..

The grounding kit I bought from Harcore Tuning has 4 wires:
Neg Battery to Tranny, Tranny to Valve Cover, Valve Cover to Frame at Radiator, Frame to Alternator Bracket.

I thought there'd be one directly from Neg Battery to Chassis, but I'll probably add one.

The car starts a lot easier. I still have stock ICE so there is no difference and I've never really had a problem with dimming lights. My thought is that the easier/better charge you get to the spark plug, the more efficient your car will run.

BTW, they are wires, there is no "better brand." From what I remember, the stock wires are 8awg, and everyone recommends upgrading to the 4awg wires.
