trunk release idea?
hey guys, i'm bored broke, and wanna do something to my car, so i saw this picture and got an idea, i have some actuators left over from when i did my power doors locks, anyone think it would work in this case?

youre much better off with an accord trunk release. It will look stock because it is.

but that cost money, dont got that right now, i'll prolly mount it on the back and run the wire back behind it so you dont see it

i have it done with the dei actuator and havent had a single problem

thats exactly what i'm doing it with, the actuator is green? what did u use to connect it? to the emergency thingy? string, wire, duct tape?

i used to have that same trunk solenoid, and it rattled too much with my bass, so i opted for the accord release.

that is one thing i might have to take into effect but for now i'll try it and see how it works
