need your guys help

Ok so today i started taking off my head for the head swap. I want to know for those people that have done it or just opinions do i need to take off the crank pulley for the timing?? please help me out

yes you will need to remove it because the camshaft is in the head and the belt rides on the camshaft which rides on the drive pulley behind the crank. SO when you put it back on you will need to time the valves and doing so will require you to remove the crank pulley.
