well most dynos i've seen with a header (not race header) is only 1-2whp. the head ports and header ports are already matched stock. putting a header with larger holes won't really do anything since the head ports can only flow the same exhaust. and then once the exhaust reaches the downpipe, it goes back to stock again.

I have an ex and want to keep a cat....any opinions on the random tech? any hp/tq gains of aftermarket headers to the stock ex (I was considering the ceramic OBX to reduce heat with my sri)

thats all i would do. my diy shows where the wires are. and you wanna tie each point back to the battery. thats more efficient than stock.
