I dont know why but for some reason my car "cuts off and back on" when im driving, or at idle. I havent noticed it happening on the highway, just at idle or slow cruising. Has anyone had this issue?

hehe, not stock anymore with a turbo, lol.
Do you have something for the MAP? like a missing link, black box, anything? You need to make sure the MAP isnt seeing boost. Do you have a CEL? If so get it checked out, and if it says something like, "High Voltage __________" its your MAP seeing boost. Dont drive without the missing link.
Are all your o2's, and sensors plugged in?? Make sure all your electrical connections are solid, especially ones with the MAP or ECU. I hope they are soldered as well. If not, Solder them bitches NOW!. hehe
You can also check your TPS, but that has to do with idle, so that shouldnt be it. If it only happens under boost, and boost causes a CEL, its more than likely your ECU seeing boost. The CEL would probably go off on idle, but when you start driving and hitting some boost, it would throw the code. Make sure ir AIT (air intake temp) sensor is in as well. The one near the TB, that goes into the charge piping.

Well for one the car doesnt see boost at idle. Which is when it mostly happens. The iat sensor is not in. This problem just started. All o2 sensors are plugged. How do you check a tps? No cel.
