you need to heat it in the oven so the sealent unbonds, then use something to pry it open such as a flat head screw driver.. its really easy, and the headlights won't break..

did u try putting the headlights in the oven to melt the seal?
I DIYed mine and it was kinda difficult to pry them open, but you just need to heat them up and then its really easy from there.

o and when you put it back together make sure you use a lot of sealant so it doesn't leak when you put it back on your car. That happened to me the first time i did it and i twas such a pain to do everything all over again.

I didn't need any heat. I pryed it at the round edge then slid the screw driver around the housing to seperate it and it came off real easily. If you happen to touch the chrome or get that black sealent on it, RUBBING ALCOHOL AND Q-TIPS work wonders.

Blowdryer, small flathead, big flathead.........if u cant get a good angle with the flathead in there try puttin it in and turning it VERY slowely clockwise or counter and that will pry the peices apart but make sure the sealant around it is hot or eles youll turn to hard and crack the plastic.

hey, just use blow driyer.

Don't use anything sharp. just just a flahead with soft tape on it. You don't want to scrach the lens

The hardest part for me was that one bolt in the lower back part of the driver's side. Once I got the lights off, I just took a small blade and cut thru the silicone crap and went from there.

If anything, you only need a screwdriver or butter knife to loosen it up... but yea, once its heated and a little loose, just pry them apart with your hands. It's scary at first, especially if you hear cracking sounds... but it's fine.

After you clear your headlights, do the turning signals color change to white if you use the stock signals? Or are they also yellow? I have a little doubt about it.
