yea, i was driving back from school, and all of a sudden, my car started to idle at 1500rpms.. before i adjusted it it was at 700-800rpms.. and i opened my hood n checked wats wrong, n seems like the screw came loose somehow. so i tightened it.. then i turned the key, and it idled at 2000rpms.. ouch... now i just have it how it was before.. boo!

I guess it's as tight as it needs to be then. You only have to tighten it to get rid of the slack, but don't tighten it so as to increase your idle rpm's.
