Question Integra headlight question ...

My brother just recently picked up a 2dr Integra. The headlights are kinda cracked and fogged up pretty bad. He's looking at just picking up a new set.

Well, looking around on eBay, I'm getting a little confused. Some listings are for 94-97 and then from 98-01. Did Acura change the headlights at all? Doesn't look like it from the outside. I just want to make sure that when he orders the headlights, he gets the right ones.

yeah 94-97 and 98-01 are different. if you look closely, the 98-01 has a nicer lookin bumper up front. and i guess they changed the headlights slightly too.

I told him to do that, but he doesn't have $2500 laying around to do it.

you could probably get a type r conversion on dragva.com for like $1500. painting it would be the problem, though.

"hi, id like to buy a replacement headlight for my car"
"oh sorry, we're all out, but we do have this front end conversion that will run you 12 times the cost of a new headlight."

a cracked headlight doesn't call for a headlight conversion.. i just happen to like the jdm front better then the usdm front on the integras so its a possibility
