I have read on the site that you can Blackout the Stock taillights, But I don't wanna do the stock ones.(not to mention I messed them up tryin it) But Now I wanna Take my Euro tails apart and pain the chrome. Has anyone done this?

I say just tint them. it's easier than trying to take apart the taillights.

I think when you take it apart it looks better from up close. Plenty of people have done it. Check the DIY's.

The outside would get too poor conditions for the tint to stay on, wouldn't it?

if you clearcoat them the tint should stay on
