Control Arm bushing removal and ES replacement

Hey! I did a search and everybody is saying that a press is need to get this job done. Well I need my control arm bushing and im a bit of a DIY ***** so I did some research.

How would we be able to do this without a press? and came up with this.

http://home.socal.rr.com/civic4dr4g/...tall/index.htm

Wondering if its possible completing this DIY using this method

its probably alot easier to just use a press. That looks like alot of steps that took that guy awhile. To much **** to do too.

The fronts you need a press, the rears you don't. One of the rear bushings must be taken out like the one in that website but the other two are easy. The fronts you will definitely need a press.

Streetglower, do you still need that DIY? I forgot. PM if you do. Damn I have a bad memory.

You definately need a press. I did mine myself and it was still a bitch even with a press.
