OK so i got a new exhaust. I go the rear end off but now i'm trying to get the intermediate pipe and hte resonator off. However, the 3 bolts attached to the catalytic convertor so very very rusty. I WD-40'd them. I tried my hardest to get them off with sockets and all sorts of things. I even broke one of my extension pieces. What should i do how should i get these damn things off. I am going tommorro wto get new nuts that are stainless so i can just replace these ones. I'm stuck here and can use any advice. WD-40 not good enough?

WD40 is a great water displacer, but not a great lubricant.
If the liquid wrench doesn't do it and the heating doesn't do it, try freezing it with canned spray or a shot off a nitrous bottle.

Metal Expands when it heated, so someone is going to have to explain that one to me.
Also I used that same PB stuff in Thoughthards picture when I had the Same problem on an older car. Didn't work too good. My car was like 7 years old at the time, not 2-3 so it might work well on his though.
My Advice is This:
1. Cut the head of the nut off with a hack saw blade (yes it is a LOT of cutting)
2. Sand down that area good (a lot of times it is the rust between the head and the flat part that cuases the trouble)
3. You have to have a stripped head bolt remover kit from Home Depot.
I don't know the technical name but the steps for removing the bolt with no head are:
1. Drill a pilot hole (size listed)
2. Insert the special thread piece and turn counter-clockwise
3. As the peice turn it gets deeper in the pilot hole, tightens in the bolts and turn the bolt out.
It's worked for me in the past.

UPDATE......
i ended up heating the bolts up with a propane torch, and even while one wuz stripped bad from a previous day work of trying to get it off....i poped a socket over it and just heaved and it loosend right up.....also keep in mind ...today i took it to my girlfriends dads shop and put it on a lift..so i had much better leverage too, but thanks for everyones ideas....the heat one worked and the exhaust sounds great and gave me a little high end power.
