Door lock problem

Door lock problem
I am having a problem with my driver door lock. It does not lock or unlock with the remote or the switch; but the passenger side does. Checked all the fuses and they are good. I am thinking it is the Actuator. Does that seem like that could be the problem?

Its most likely the actuator. Here is a DIY to replace it that I did awhile ago.
