E-brake

Is there any way i can tighten up the tension in the E-brake? It seems like i have to pull it way up just to get it tight. Is there some kind of cable i can tighten up when i take the center console off?

adjsut the rear brakes first i'm sure there out of adjustment, you may warp the rotors also if they are out of adjsutment
