alright i was looking through my superstreet mag last night and i saw an ad about individual throttle bodies for the k20 there made by toda well any way i don't know to much about it and i was woundering whats the purpose of them and what kinda hp numbers they make. can someone help explain what individual throttle bodies are/

each intake runner has a throtle body on it. it allows air to go directly in the engine no intake pipe.

i have been searching but i cant really find to much info on it. i dont think anyone here has done it yet there has been some talk of using gsxr itb but he never posted info on it after he ordered them.

I know some guy on this site did a custom job and got the Venom Drag Intake manifold to work on our D17

anyone know what kind of hp number they produce and also can you run a dry shot of nitrous w/ it sense theres no intake tube. one more thing can you used forced induction w/ it.

you can use it on fi skyline uses itb. hp depends one how good the system is. different intakes give different #s n2o you will have to use a jet in each intake runner.

That's the KMS Civic, it dosen't have DIS, and the motor is controlled by Motec engine management I think?
Plus I don't believe it has ITBs...

That car acutaly belongs to Willet Honda South in Morrow GA, It was built by KMS motor sports. It kinda like there show car that they take with them when they set up there booths at shows. If you want to know anything about the car just call 770-968-1500 and ask to talk to John in the parts dept. he's a really nice guy and will tell you pretty anything you would like to know about the car.

the Toda ITB runs about 40WHP on a B18C

think of the ITB as a carb for our car, sucks sooo much air in..each cylinder has its own indiviudual throttle body

unfortunatly in some states is illegal due to the loudness well it is here in tx
