Idle Noise When Turning Wheel

When I'm at a light and i turn my wheel back and forth my car idles a little bit more so since i have an exhaust you can hear it get louder does this happen to anyone else.

Yup, me too - it's cause your power steering is sucking up a bit of power, which is coming from the alt, which is run off the engine. It's normal.
