for the 01-03 civics, are the center consoles the same for both transmissions.....are there just clips or something to attach the boot because this kid has one for sale from an automatic that i want, but my car is a 5 speed....any help would be appreciated. thanks

ok...haha, let me start over. ill explain it a little better. what i wanna do here is take my 2001 manual center console and swap in a center console from a 2002 automatic......so can i just unclip my manual section i have in now and hook it up to the 02 console......can u put the pick up of the 02 console under the 01 for me and we'll see if that helps....

Nope, the piece that clips into the console is different for the years. I'll try to fid the price of the manual for the 2002 for ya.

no prob, i appreciate the help man....by the way, honda told me 250 for the entire center console so if you can find me a better deal (in the US preferably) that would be cool

Just go here Majestic again pick Civic, 2002 ect. then it gives you a pricing for all the parts you would need.

thanks for the site......so i would probabaly just have to buy that main clip and then the silver ring and boot set up...unless my 01 boot will fit in
