quick question

alrite my civic emblem fell of the back of my car so i think im jus gunna leave it off instead of trying to glue it back on and dealing with it again. but when it came off all the glue is still stuck to my car and u can still see where it went. does anyone kno how to get that glue off without hurting the paint. i tried rubbing alcohol but it still left stuff. how do i get it real clean like it was never there?
thanx..later

Do not use anything with acetone or naptha in it or it will eat the paint.

goo-gone.. i went down to ace-hardware and grabbed a small bottle of it for like $5. the one i bought was the liquid form. its yellow ish.

before applying to the stickyness part, make sure u wipe off loose dirt and that its dry before puttin the goo-gone on the stickyness. get a soft towel or something to wipe the goo-gone with (tissue paper? paper towel? etc). put the goo-gone on the stickyness and let it stay for about minute and then start wiping it off. it wont ALL come off with one wipe, it'll take awhile.

as soon as its off, rinse down ur car right away. even better.... soap it with car soap or anything to get the goo-gone left over off.
