I need help so bad!

i was installing my DVD player in my 1996 honda civic w/ keyless entry. im going to run my stock deck with the cd changer (cause im poor) and put the DVD player in where the factory tape player is. well when i unhooked the tape player and tried hookin everything back up.. my factory radio wont come on, my cd changer wont come on and i have no more keyless entry. What happened? can someone out there please Help

check them all.

when my radio stopped working, i had to get a code because it was anti-theft, i had to go to the dealership. that may explain the radio, but i have no clue on the keyless entry...batteries?
