Steering Wheel Emblem
Hey there, I have searched and searched about this topic, but no answers came up for me. Does anyone know if you can remove the "H" emblem on the steering wheel? I would like to replace it with a different one. If so, is there a special trick or something. I read that it is part of the SRS airbag system. So I was wondering if it is part of that, could I disconnect the battery and be safe working on the steering wheel/airbag? Or does that not go through the battery? Any help would be appreciated, thanks alot

If I recall their was also a member here that had a kit to replace the whole "H" emblem off the steering wheel.

Rep Power: 0 yeah the guy sells a vinyl sticker that goes over it to change the color I personally think it looks rather good and better than going through all the trouble to take the original one off.
you dont want to replce it with another one because in the case of the airbag coming out, the honda sign will cause alot of damage if it hits you. just get a decal (sticker) of the color u want, and stick it over it.

Rep Power: 0 I just pryed off the old emblem. Everybody said that there was adhesive and all. But it only has 6 clips, 2(top and bottom) and 1(each side). I got my emblem done and I also replaced my old reverse gauges with some new ones. I'll take pics soon. Along with my new gunmetal headlights and Thailand Tails!!
