CapYodas bushings replaces the rubber bushings that are on the 4 corners of the assembly, that hold it to the car itself. Greys upgrade replaces the washers, cotter pins, and the U shaped connectors that hold the cable on the assembly.
Yodas help to prevent the assembly from movement caused by the give that the rubber bushings allow by replacing them with aluminum which doesn't give with normal shifting. This allows you to snap it in to gear faster and not worrying about the aseembly budging.
Greys upgrade just makes everything snug and pretty. Any cable play is eliminated, and the 2 pins that you have to bend open to get off are replaced by quick sliding clips, which are pretty slick.
The shifter seems firmer at first for a couple reasons. The spring looses some of its newness/tension from being extended a bit. The grease, if you put any on, is working into all the moving parts, and you just get used to it.
After driving it for a week or two go back and try to drive with a stock shifter. . You'll be like WTF?

I love mine. I compared it to an S2000 and the Revo SS is shorter by a bit, so thats all good in my book. It would be cool if they made the throw even shorter though. When I have the $$ I'll get CapYoda's bushings, but for now I have Grey's kit. I got it from him for like $4 or $5, but well worth it.
